New Patient Registration

To see a doctor or nurse at Arrival you will have to register with us. Your housing provider will help you to complete a registration form. They will then send the form to us and we will arrange a time for you to come to the practice for a health assessment. An Interpreter will be arranged if one is needed.

If you are in private housing, you should contact the practice directly and we will provide the form for you to register.

Remember, if you are not a refugee you will not be allowed to register with Arrival.
